As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for increasing uptime by improving equipment reliability, managing the asset portfolio of his part of the factory and providing data/timeline to define capex replacement needs.
You will support the Maintenance Area Technicians for complex repairs and lead small improvement project.
You will also be in charge of the mid-long term maintenance plan for part of the factory.
Key Accountabilities :
Define the maintenance strategy (curative / preventive incl. condition-based) of each equipment
Fill-out the preventive maintenances activities into SAP
Write the SOP’s related to the preventive maintenance activities
Manage the asset portfolio of his part of the factory and provide data/timeline to define capex replacement needs
Lead the Maintenance Area Technicians (= preparator + planning of the maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance) of his part of the factory
Support the technicians technically during preventive maintenance activities
Create new equipment and task into SAP-PM
In collaboration with the Process Improvement Engineer of his part of the factory, analyse and solve the reoccurring OEE issues
Translate the legal requirement (EU regulation, BRC, FDA, Halal, Kosher, Vegan, …) into maintenance activities or SOP’s
Align methodology with other maintenance engineers
Your profile
Master degree in technical engineering
First experience in a factory
High analytical skill – statistical skills are an added value
Hands-on
Good communication skills
Adaptability in a complex environment
Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French, with a willingness to learn the other language.
