Your mission

The Business Performance Manager :

supports and coaches Buildwise in the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators across all business areas
Supports the CEO in the coordination of internal transformation programs
plays a key role in collaboration
Promotes information sharing between teams
Celebrates successes
Supports the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.

Strategy :

Defines and implements a governance system to track performance and transformation programs within Buildwise.
Translates strategic ambitions into measurable objectives by creating a monitoring dashboard to be validated by the Executive Committee.

Operations Management :

monitors and collects the data required to feed and disseminate the strategic ambitions dashboard in accordance with the defined strategy
Leads a Performance Assessment within the Executive Committee by defining corrective actions and ensuring their follow-up
supports all departments in the definition and implementation of the performance indicators they wish to put in place for their various business lines
Defines and coordinates the process of collecting and communicating performance indicators within Buildwise
Supports and motivates the organization in the use and monitoring of the Performance Management dashboard and metrics
works closely with the IT Director in his or her data management program
supports the CEO in the support and coordination of transformation and change processes
identifies, through monitoring, risks in terms of performance or within the framework of transformation programs, and reports them to the person responsible for defining corrective actions
Evaluates and communicates the impact of transformation programs.

Have a Master's degree
Have relevant experience in defining and monitoring performance indicators
Be a good communicator
Ability to build trusting relationships with the different levels of responsibility in an organization up to the Executive Committee
Have experience in a matrix environment in transformation
With knowledge of French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asset.
