Your mission

  • You are in charge of marketing (by phone) very high value-added tools for building professionals.
  • You will prospect and organize (remote) demonstrations of these tools.
  • You accompany new customers during their first use of these tools.
  • You answer the requests of the customers by mails and telephone.
  • You analyze the needs of the customers in order to propose them other services.

Your profile

  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic and positive.
  • You are at ease on the phone (inbound and outbound calls).
  • You have a sense of service and customer satisfaction.
  • You are an active listener and react quickly.
  • You like to argue and convince others.
  • You are organized and rigorous.
  • You have good stress management skills.
  • You are at ease with computer tools and understand the challenges of digital.
