Jouw missie

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting BeCentral’s management team in the following:

  • Supervise internal accounting processes, in close cooperation with our external accountant, among others:
    • Upload invoices in accounting system
    • Pay invoices
    • Manage accounts receivables / monitor late payments
    • Track budget realization
  • Supervise internal HR processes, among others
    • Payroll & HR contract management, in close cooperation with our social secretariat
    • Organize team building events
  • Overall administrative support
    • Write minutes of team meetings
    • Support to agenda management
    • Support to preparation of board meetings, General Assemblies etc
    • Print, scan & classify documents

Je profiel

  • You are very organized & you care about details
  • You are committed to finding solutions to problems in a positive mindset
  • You are able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaborate with a team
  • You have minimum 3 years professional experience
  • You have basic knowledge of HR and Accounting processes & tools
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and you are comfortable in English
