Your missions and responsibilities: Develop our presence and build customer loyalty

As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in our business development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients and prospects in the provinces of Antwerp and Limburg.
  • Identifying our clients' needs and offering them suitable gas detection solutions, transforming their requirements into concrete orders.
  • Negotiating and closing sales of equipment and services, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Working closely with technical and production teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Participating in professional events and trade shows to represent DALEMANS and expand your network.
  • Providing regular reports on your commercial activity and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Desired Profile and Qualifications: Your Expertise Driving Our Growth

We are looking for a "Medior" profile with solid experience and a strong commercial temperament:

  • You have significant experience (Medior) as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial role, ideally in the HVAC, technical, or industrial sector.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the market and the economic fabric of the provinces of Antwerp and Limburg.
  • Your ability to understand clients' technical needs and provide relevant solutions is proven.
  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of building trusting relationships and negotiating with ease.
  • You are autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is essential, and a good knowledge of French and English is a plus.
  • You hold a B driver's license.
