As an Accounting Software Support Specialist, you help our clients use their management and accounting software. You are their first point of contact when they have a question or encounter a difficulty.

On a daily basis, you:

  • answer client questions primarily by phone and remotely;
  • analyze their requests and identify appropriate solutions;
  • help users better understand their accounting and management software;
  • diagnose problems and assist clients in resolving them;
  • collaborate with internal teams to handle more complex requests.

This position is an excellent entry point to develop dual accounting and IT skills, while discovering customer relations in a formative professional environment.

Who are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a first job.

You have a degree in accounting, management information systems, or a similar field.

You:

  • speak French and are comfortable interacting with clients;
  • have some knowledge of Dutch or are eager to use it in a professional context (this is a significant asset);
  • are curious and motivated to learn;
  • enjoy understanding problems and finding solutions;
  • appreciate human contact and teamwork;
  • are organized and pragmatic in your work.

Experience is not essential: we will support you in your training and development in your role.
