Chocolate Advisor / Sales Associate (Full-time or Part-time) - Vilvoorde · Leonidas

We are looking for full-time or part-time Chocolate Advisors for our boutique in Vilvoorde!

Are you passionate about the world of chocolate and want to share this passion with our customers? At Leonidas, we are looking for people with excellent social skills, ready to offer every visitor an unforgettable experience. If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our 80 or more chocolates, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness in the hearts of our customers.

Your tasks:

• Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
• Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations from our master chocolatiers.
• Ensure the satisfaction of our customers by paying attention to their needs and desires and providing quality service.
• Guarantee an impeccable presentation of our products in the window display, according to the guidelines of our marketing department. Receive deliveries and manage inventory. Manage the cash register (registration, settlement, handing over receipts, counting the cash register and checking for regularity). Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with at least a high school diploma and experience in sales. Proficiency in numbers and mental calculation.
• Dexterity and speed in performing tasks. Customer and commercially oriented attitude, able to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

• Dutch/French
