If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our 80+ pralines, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness in the hearts of our clientele.

Your responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
• Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations developed by our master chocolatiers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive to their needs and desires, and by providing quality service.
• Ensure an impeccable presentation of our products in the display case, respecting the guidelines of our marketing department.
• Receive deliveries and manage the stock room.
• Manage the cash register (registration, collection, issuing receipts, and cash counting, ensuring accuracy).
• Ensure the cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.

What we are looking for:

• A person with a minimum of a high school diploma (A3), with experience in sales.
• An aptitude for numbers and mental calculation.
• Dexterity and speed in performing tasks.
• A customer and sales-oriented mindset, capable of working in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Good knowledge of French and Dutch.
