🚀 Your mission

As an ERP / Business Software Support Consultant, you will support Belgian and Luxembourgish companies in their digitalization.
Your role combines business analysis, technical support, and customer guidance:

  • Provide customer support in NL and, as needed, for EN clients (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up via ticketing).
  • Install, configure, and set up new software solutions.
  • Analyze accounting needs and propose the best ERP configurations.
  • Train and guide users (webinars or remote support).
  • Collaborate with the project and development teams to improve tools.
  • Monitor satisfaction indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.

🧩 Candidate profile

  • Are you comfortable speaking and writing in Dutch, with a good knowledge of English?
  • Training or experience in accounting/management IT background (fiduciary, SME or company).
  • Curious, pedagogical and passionate about management software solutions.
  • Customer service oriented, structured approach, team spirit.
  • Resilient, solutions-oriented, with a real pleasure in helping and sharing knowledge.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Sage, Horus Software, Odoo or other ERPs.
