Within our Transformation department, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to support its transformation projects within the organization.

As Continuous Improvement Expert, you will guide teams to identify inefficiencies, design optimized processes, introduce strong performance management, and lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across the business. You will be a key partner in embedding a continuous improvement mindset at all levels of the organization

The team is made up of 5 internal colleagues who are just waiting for you!


Your responsibilities


As the Continuous Improvement Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading process improvement initiatives across business functions.
  • Facilitating workshops to design and implement optimized workflows.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through tools, training, and best practices.
  • Driving operational excellence and support transformation projects.
  • Monitoring performance and support KPI development and performance dialogue.

Your profile

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives in a business or operational environment (experience in financial services or the Life insurance domain is an asset)
  • You have strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams towards continuous improvement.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and comfortable working in English.
  • You are able to combine conceptual thinking with hands-on action, to think analytically and challenge the status quo
  • You are able to coach & train all levels of the organization
  • You are collaborative and able to work independently.
