Your missions and responsibilities as a Corporate Account Manager Telecom:

As a Corporate Account Manager Telecom, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our range of premium services: dedicated fiber connectivity, cloud telephony, fixed-mobile convergence, collaboration & cloud solutions, security, and cybersecurity. You will play a key role in developing the "corporate" client portfolio, building trust, understanding the complex needs of businesses, and co-constructing personalized offers tailored to their challenges.

  • Active prospecting: Identify and acquire target companies (large enterprises, multi-site groups, multinationals, etc.).
  • Selling tailor-made solutions: Understand prospects' needs to offer them adapted solutions, and build commercial proposals including dedicated connectivity, redundancy, UCaaS, convergences, security, etc.
  • Regular reporting: Monitor and document your sales performance, including new sales, additional sales (up-sell and cross-sell), and installation follow-up.
  • Market analysis: Identify market trends and commercial issues encountered to refine your sales strategies.
  • Achieving objectives: Meet revenue targets and develop the "Key Accounts" portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The profile we are looking for:

We are looking for an authentic personality, committed and solution-oriented, driven by a sense of service and a taste for a job well done. For this Corporate Account Manager Telecom position, we expect the following qualifications:

  • Successful experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecoms, IT, business services, or SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge (or a strong willingness to learn) of telecom issues: dedicated fiber, networks, UCaaS, VoIP/SIP, cloud telephony, security/cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent capacity for listening, understanding customer needs, negotiation skills, and proactiveness.
  • Sense of service, customer relations — ability to build long-term partnerships, to be a trusted interlocutor.
  • Autonomy, rigor, ability to manage complex cases, coordinate multiple internal/external stakeholders.
  • Good level of communication in French (and ideally in Dutch/English depending on clients), ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical interlocutors.
