In this context, we are looking for a Country Manager for France, who will play a key role in our development in this strategic market. You will have the opportunity to structure, lead, and accelerate our growth in France, with strong autonomy and direct responsibility for results.

‍Being a Country Manager France at Semactic means:


As Country Manager France, you play a central role in the development and structuring of Semactic's presence in the French market. Your main mission is to define and execute the growth strategy in France, by developing a portfolio of key clients, identifying and concluding strategic partnerships, and laying the foundations for sustainable expansion. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, while actively contributing to positioning Semactic as a key player in the French market.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and business development
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to develop an action plan and increase Semactic's brand awareness in the market
  • Collaboration with the expert and CSM team to manage and retain clients
  • Development of the French team

Ideal profile:

We are looking for a passionate, autonomous, and results-oriented country manager, capable of developing strategic relationships and closing sales.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in digital, SaaS, or marketing.
  • Languages: FR and EN
  • Tools: Knowledge of CRM tools and prospecting techniques.
  • Sales skills: good interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Organization and autonomy: ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel and effectively organize your work.
  • Team spirit: you enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
