Your new mission

As a Bilingual FR/NL Customer Care Officer, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in their satisfaction. Your objective: to answer their technical and functional questions efficiently, pedagogically, and enthusiastically.

On a daily basis, you:

  • welcome and advise customers in French and Dutch, mainly by phone and remotely;
  • analyze their needs and propose suitable solutions;
  • diagnose problems and assist customers in using our management software;
  • collaborate with project and development teams to quickly resolve requests;
  • participate in supporting and training customers in their user experience.

This role allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and be at the heart of customer relations, in a collaborative and educational environment.

Who are we looking for?

You have a degree in accounting or management information systems (or equivalent experience) and you want to use your skills to serve customer relations.

  • You are bilingual French/Dutch (English is a plus).
  • You are known for your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and service-mindedness.
  • You have a pragmatic and structured approach to your work.
  • You enjoy human contact, listening, and teamwork.
  • You show resilience and see every challenge as an opportunity to learn.
