Your Mission

As our CCO, you will be instrumental in driving Skwiz's commercial success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and driving the go-to-market strategy for Skwiz, leveraging business development and invaluable user/partner feedback.
  • Leading all aspects of our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and effective commercial operations.
  • Representing Skwiz at conferences and other public events, acting as a key ambassador for our innovative solution.
  • Collaborating closely with our technical team and product management to align commercial strategy with product roadmap and development.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial leadership role at a tech startup, ideally one that has successfully scaled.
  • A strong understanding of the startup landscape and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and communication skills to articulate Skwiz's value proposition compellingly.
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves and drive results.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B tech products will be a strong asset.
  • You should be based in Belgium or willing to relocate, with flexible work arrangements possible.
