Key Responsibilities

As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR team, responsible for several key missions:

  • Deploy the training plan and monitor it in compliance with current legislation.
  • Manage payroll and administration from A to Z.
  • Ensure internal communication is fluid and effective.
  • Organize internal events (preparation, logistics, ...).
  • Play a key role in employee onboarding and offboarding.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • A first experience in payroll and administration.
  • Proficiency in French, and ideally Dutch and English.
  • A structured and organized approach.
  • Autonomy, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A team spirit and a "Doer" mentality.
