Your Responsibilities:
- Manage timekeeping records (e.g., absences, tardiness), including contact with managers and supervisors to address discrepancies.
- Manage documents (contracts, certificates, social documents, etc.).
- Serve as the point of contact and administrative support for Léonidas employees.
- Provide administrative support: assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of human resources operations.
- Manage employee files: maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files, including employment contracts and absence justifications.
- Update databases: update internal databases with new employee information and relevant changes.
- Manage transportation subscriptions: renew third-party payment subscriptions, monitor, and manage monthly subscriptions.
Your Profile:
- Bilingual in French and Dutch.
- Knowledge of IT tools: Excel, Word, Protime, Securex HR Accent.
- Versatile and curious.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Experience within a multidisciplinary HR team.
- Responsive, structured, and rigorous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy of records and reports.
