Your role:
As a student Chocolate Maker Assistant, you will actively participate in the artisanal production and preparation of chocolate and pastry products.
Your main tasks:
- Support the production of chocolates and other sweets (preparation, molding, finishing)
- Use a piping bag for decorations
- Follow recipes and hygiene rules
- Assist during tests or small series in development
- Participate in setting up the workshop
Your profile:
- Student in chocolate making, pastry, or related training
- You have a good understanding of the basics of chocolate/pastry making
- You are comfortable with the piping bag and precise in your work
- You are motivated, careful, and enjoy working in production
- You are punctual, autonomous, and enjoy teamwork
Bonus points if:
- You are curious, creative, and interested in everything related to chocolate
- You already have some experience in a workshop or internship
