To support this vision, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Content Coordinator to join our team.

Your Role

As our new Junior Content Coordinator, you’ll support the daily execution of key processes across platforms like Jamendo and Winamp. Your work will directly impact the smooth ingestion, verification, and moderation of music content. You’ll collaborate with different teams to ensure everything flows efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

• Support processes related to content identification, rights management, and general moderation activities.
• Assist in the handling and resolution of content-related conflicts across systems and platforms.
• Support ingestion, file preparation, and upload activities across tools and content systems.
• Conduct copyright verification, match identification, and moderation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to report bugs, support content ID processes, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Data Science.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive for precision in everything you do.
• Natural sense of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and flows.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and structured content.
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity to dig into problems and understand root causes.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Ease with digital tools and a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
• Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Passionate about music.
• A basic understanding of copyright, musical rights, or Content ID systems.
• Experience working with customer support or ticketing platforms.
• Previous use of platforms such as SonoSuite, YouTube CMS, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with IT and SaaS ecosystems.
