Your Mission

Job Posting

At Jobloom, job posting is more than just copy-pasting: it's a central component of our recruitment solution. You will actively participate in the operationalization and improvement of this key service.

Specifically, your work will consist of:

  • Publishing our clients' job offers on all our partner sites
  • Sharing job offers on Jobloom's social media networks
  • Organizing, monitoring, updating... a real structured administrative task
  • Suggesting improvements to optimize our processes: if we can do better, we do!

Online Client Content Management

  • Using our in-house CMS (content management system) to publish content on SMEs' career sites
  • Helping to format texts, images, and job offers by choosing the right design and ensuring optimal rendering
  • Being trained on our tool and thus participating in the evolution of our technological solution
  • Ensuring the digital experience of our clients

Real Team Collaboration

You will work directly at the heart of the company, alongside Charlotte, our Customer Support Manager, and the Tech team to advance our product together and offer the best possible experience to our clients.

We are a small team of 6 people, highly motivated, each passionate in their field with a common goal: to revolutionize recruitment. We move forward, we get things done, we learn, we improve, and above all, we bring added value to our clients and have fun!

What we are looking for:

  • An organized, rigorous, and proactive person
  • Autonomous, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • We are a startup, things move fast, and we must adapt constantly.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Notion, social networks, Canva, publishing tools...)
  • With a desire to understand and improve things, not just execute
  • Previous experience in Digital Communication? It's a plus, but not mandatory
