Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Carpentry, you will be responsible for:
- Vision & Strategy: Defining a clear development vision and elaborating a commercial strategy to attract new clients.
- Business Development: Building a client portfolio and positioning PLUO as a key player in specialized carpentry.
- Leadership & Management: Uniting the team and developing a culture of performance and collaboration.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Natural leadership and an entrepreneurial vision.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in a business development role, ideally in the wood or interior design sector.
- Trilingualism at C1 level (French, Dutch, English)
- The ability to manage a complete activity: strategy, business development, HR, finance, operations.
- Proficiency in management tools (ERP, financial monitoring, indicator-based management)
- Experience or a strong affinity for joinery, custom manufacturing, or technical design.
