Your Mission

The Maintenance Storekeeper ensures the optimal management of spare parts and technical consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the factory. They ensure the availability of critical parts, the organization of the warehouse, and compliance with storage procedures, in direct connection with the maintenance team and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the stock of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic parts, etc.

Implement a clear and efficient organization of the warehouse (storage, identification, and traceability of parts)

Ensure the monitoring of parts entries/exits via the management tool (mastery of SAP PM is a real asset)

Collaborate with maintenance teams to anticipate parts needs

Establish and monitor supplier orders (parts, technical consumables, etc.)

Update stock records and perform periodic inventories

Ensure the conformity of stored parts (references, condition, storage conditions)

Participate in the continuous improvement of the technical warehouse management

Your Profile

Have a technical education (mechanical, electromechanical, or technical logistics)

Have a good knowledge of mechanical and industrial parts

Be comfortable with IT tools (Excel, CMMS, ERP, etc.)

Be rigorous, organized, and autonomous

Have a B driving license and forklift license

Have experience in a technical warehouse or industrial logistics

Be able to interact with technicians and suppliers

Be mobile: our factory is in the process of moving from Anderlecht to Nivelles. During a transitional period of several months, you will be required to travel to both of our sites.
