Job Description:

As a Medium Business Developer, you will be responsible for actively prospecting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with 10 to 50 users. You will identify their communication and connectivity needs to offer them tailored and personalized solutions. You will close your sales with customized offers, including professional installation of the proposed solutions.

You will also be responsible for managing your existing client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction and offering them complementary solutions from our wide range. Become an expert in our portfolio of solutions, combining technical expertise and commercial know-how, to guarantee the relevance of your recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and acquire new SMBs with 10+ users, capitalizing on the expansion of fiber optics in the region.
  • Tailored Solutions Sales: Understand the needs of prospects to offer them customized solutions, including connectivity, VoIP, and data security.
  • Existing Portfolio Management: Monitor and retain your customer base by offering complementary solutions and anticipating their future needs.
  • Regular Reporting: Track and document your sales performance, including new sales, up-selling and cross-selling, and installation follow-up.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends and commercial challenges encountered to refine your sales strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid experience in value-selling, with a keen sense of negotiation and the ability to understand the specific needs of clients.
  • A strong sales-oriented personality, focused on sales results, with an excellent ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of the unified communications landscape, connectivity (Fiber & VDSL), IP telephony (Cloud, Teams, On-Premises) and data security is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating team spirit.
