Jobloom is a fast-growing HR Tech startup that is revolutionizing recruitment for SMEs with a simple, digital, and effective solution. To accelerate our acquisition, we are looking for a digital marketing intern who is as curious as they are resourceful.

🎯 What you will actually do:

  • Participate in our acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, emailings, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze performance (Plausible, Google, LinkedIn Insight, etc.)
  • Update our CRM (Pipedrive and Lemlist), create automations and constantly improve them,
  • Create landing pages, optimize our conversion funnels
  • Import listings, create newsletters, ... test to convert
  • Work in tandem with the founder to optimize our customer journeys

📌 Your profile:

  • You are studying digital marketing or you are a quick learner
  • You like to test, tinker, measure, and especially optimize
  • The word "performance" doesn't scare you... it excites you (a lot!)
