Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy.
You will manage our entire assortment, from analysis to innovation, while coordinating internal teams and external partners. You will be at the heart of the development process, working closely with our Master Chocolatiers to create products that delight our customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze our current range and propose optimizations to maximize its impact.
• Design and manage the product development pipeline, in line with seasonal calendars, with the support of the Marketing Manager.
• Lead projects from A to Z, ensuring fluid coordination with all stakeholders.
• Serve as the product reference for all questions related to chocolate management and development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external partners.

Your Profile

• Higher education or university degree in marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing in the food industry.
• Sharp analytical mind and proven experience in project management.
• Natural talent for building constructive relationships, based on mutual respect and collaboration.
• Curiosity for the technical aspects and production process of chocolate.
• Perfect command of Dutch, French, and English.
