As part of a holiday cover replacement, we are looking for a dynamic and professional receptionist to ensure the continuity of our reception service. You will be the first point of contact for the company and will guarantee a positive experience for visitors and callers.
Main Responsibilities
- Professionally and courteously greet visitors
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them efficiently
- Receive, sort, and send mail
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized
- Prioritize tasks and manage emergencies
- Handle various requests independently
- Manage delicate situations or dissatisfied clients with calm and diplomacy
- Perform various administrative support tasks

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented, polite, and well-presented
- Active listening and empathy
- Good stress and priority management
- Autonomy, organization, and thoroughness
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Required Skills
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook…)
- Experience with telephone switchboards
- Excellent command of French and Dutch (essential)
- Good knowledge of English
Conditions
- Contract: Flexi-job or student
- Hours: 20 hours/week
- Duration: Temporary assignment (holiday cover)
- Period: From 23/07 to 07/08 inclusive
