Role Overview

As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, supporting your team in the field, and acting as a key link between upper management and customer-facing staff. You’ll be responsible for coaching a multidisciplinary sales team, shaping strategy, and ensuring our customer-first approach continues to set them apart in the market.

Candidate Profile

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and team leadership, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.

🛠️ Technical & Practical Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools, SAP, and Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of fluid systems and safety standards is an advantage.

💼 Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and quality-driven.

Working Environment
