Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for your clients. You combine commercial relations, complex project management, and revenue development.

You work in close collaboration with internal teams and always remain focused on customer service, quality, and profitability.

You join a close-knit and collaborative team, composed of Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, project managers, and interior designers.

Start date: as soon as possible (ideally before April)

Your responsibilities

Sales Management and Business Development

  • Manage and develop a client portfolio (key accounts and high-potential accounts)
  • Increase revenue through prospecting and customer retention
  • Attend key trade shows and events in Belgium and Europe
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the sales strategy

Client Relations & Project Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
  • Understand brand challenges, needs, and constraints
  • Ensure client satisfaction (budget, quality, deadlines)
  • Manage complex projects in collaboration with:

project managers / sales coordinators / design, production, and logistics teams

Organization & Monitoring

  • Enter and monitor client files in Odoo
  • Ensure administrative rigor (briefs, quotes, follow-up, CRM)
  • Manage short, high-intensity periods
  • Implement clear and structured reporting

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in events, exhibition stands, communication agencies, marketing, or similar environments
  • Key account management essential
  • Comfortable with key account stakeholders and high-visibility projects
  • Ability to work with high revenue targets

Languages

  • Bilingual French / Dutch
  • Good knowledge of English
