Join Athora Belgium as a Business Change & Monitoring Intern!

Are you looking for an internship where you can learn, contribute to concrete projects, and develop your skills in automation, data, and process optimization? Then this internship is for you!

You will join the Business Change & Monitoring team, a dynamic team combining Business Analysts, testers, and actuaries, supporting life insurance activities through the analysis, transformation, and monitoring of the portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• Optimize and automate existing processes (Excel, VBA, Python, Power Automate, etc.).
• Create and maintain dynamic performance monitoring dashboards (Power BI or others).
• Document procedures and improvements made.
• Analyze data and contribute to improving its quality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, testers, and actuaries on their activities.

Your profile

• You are a student in business engineering, data analytics, management informatics, actuarial science, or equivalent.
• You are proficient in Excel and familiar with VBA and/or Python and SQL. Knowledge of SAS or RPA is a plus.
• You have an excellent level of French or Dutch and a good knowledge of English.
• You are structured, analytical, and rigorous.
• You are curious, autonomous, and proactive in suggesting process improvements.
