  • Financial production and tax analyses: Participate in multi-standard financial closings (BeGAAP, IFRS, Solvency II) related to tax provisions. Ensure the justification of tax receivables and payables and guarantee the accuracy of related entries.
  • Reporting and tax data management: Collect, verify, structure, and archive tax data necessary for internal (Management, Risk, Compliance) and external (auditors, tax authorities) reporting. Guarantee the quality, integrity, and traceability of transmitted information.
  • Tax audit management: Prepare responses to information requests and collaborate with Belgian and, if applicable, international tax authorities in the context of tax audits or investigations. Monitor tax audits and coordinate exchanges with internal stakeholders.
  • Internal control and audits: Implement, strengthen, and document internal controls related to tax processes. Actively participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary analyses, justifications, and data.
  • Continuous improvement and regulatory watch: Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of tax processes. Actively monitor tax, legal, and sectoral developments. Support relevant departments in implementing new regulations and ensure their correct translation into accounting.
  • Global tax compliance: Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, corporate tax, specific taxes for the insurance sector). Be the internal reference point for taxation.

Your profile
