Warehouse Manager
YOUR MISSION
As a Warehouse Manager, you take charge of a key area of the company, with a direct influence on overall performance. You manage all logistics flows, from IN to OUT, and concretely contribute to reliability, efficiency, and service quality.
In this key role, you implement a global and sustainable logistics vision, serving the company's performance. You don't just manage the existing: you build, structure, and improve.
You orchestrate the organization and optimization of supply, ensure reliable and efficient management of stocks and flows in an SAP environment, and manage transport activities.
This position reports to the Operations Director who oversees production and logistics activities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, from the field to overall performance, at the heart of the change and deployment of our new Nivelles factory.
- Building strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, with a focus on reliability and sustainable performance.
- Managing goods flows in SAP and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Managing and uniting a team of approximately 50 employees, permanent and temporary, by anticipating needs and organizing work efficiently.
- Monitoring logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Working in close collaboration with internal teams (Customer Service, IT, Finance, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth and customer-oriented flows.
- Contributing to the management and resolution of customer complaints.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or warehouse management.
- You easily transition from a strategic and global vision to an operational presence on the ground. Your excellent time and priority management allows you to navigate effectively between these two dimensions.
- A true leader, dynamic, human, and solution-oriented, you know how to unite and support change. You are driven by curiosity and the desire to improve things.
- An excellent communicator, you adapt your communication to your interlocutors.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and/or English.
- You have experience in project management.
- You have proven experience with MS Office, SAP, and WMS tools.
