As a Sales Executive at AiVidens you will be responsible for the expansion of our customer base and as such, you will have a direct impact on our growth. You will be responsible for selling our innovative Saas platform focusd on optimizing Working Capital using customer insights and AI.

The ideal candidate should showcase excellent communication, customer focus and resiliency to achieve the right balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The role requires insight, adaptability and leadership in identifying, selecting, rapidly developing and closing qualified business opportunities.

You will get the support and advice from the management team to make decisions on complex business issues and also report directly to the management team on a frequent basis.

Your mission

  • Listen to prospects, identify their needs, help them understand their pains and challenge their status quo
  • Educate prospects on AiVidens’ offering and differentiators
  • Help us trigger interest and make the prospective customers want to hear more about our ground-breaking technology and the value it will bring them.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of AiVidens’ solutions, develop proposals, hold commercial negotiations and close deals
  • Remain in frequent contact with existing partners and maintain long-lasting profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction
  • Network with decision makers in your focus segment and geo
  • Close deals you will have managed.
  • Work closely with Aividens’ founders.
  • Suggest innovative ideas and best practices to increase sales efforts efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Keep records of sales and data

Your profile

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience working for a FinTech company or in the Fintech ecosystem.
  • Fluent in Dutch or in French and in English.
  • Take great pride at being Sales Executive and see yourself growing in this area.
  • You are up to date with recent lead generation methodologies, techniques and tools.
  • You achieved or exceeded your KPIs.
  • Excellent active listening skills coupled with a natural ability to ask the right questions to understand prospects' needs
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented and result-driven approach to identify, develop, follow up on and close qualified business opportunities
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles in order to successfully drive the sales process - from proposal to contract sign-off
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills as well as the necessary drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key decision makers at prospects and partners with a focus on impact and growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, tactful, resilient and persuasive mindset
