If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our 80+ pralines, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness in the hearts of our clientele.

Your missions:

Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases

Become a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products

Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations crafted by our master chocolatiers

Ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive to their needs and desires, and by offering quality service

Ensure an impeccable presentation of our products in the display, respecting the guidelines of our marketing department

Receive deliveries and manage inventory

Manage the cash register (recording, cashing, issuing receipts, counting cash, and checking regularity)

Ensure the cleanliness and adherence to store procedures

What we are looking for:

A person with at least an A3 diploma, with experience in sales

An aptitude for numbers and mental arithmetic

A certain dexterity and speed in task execution

A customer-oriented and commercial mindset, capable of working in a team

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Languages:

Fluent Dutch and French.
