We are looking for students for our boutique in Utrecht!

If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our 100 or more pralines, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness in the hearts of our customers.

Your tasks:

Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.

Become a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.

Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations from our master chocolatiers.

Ensure customer satisfaction by paying attention to their needs and wishes and providing quality service.

Guarantee an impeccable presentation of our products in the display, according to the guidelines of our marketing department. Receive deliveries and manage stock. Manage the cash register (registration, checkout, handing over receipts, counting cash, and checking for regularity). Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.

What we are looking for:

Someone with at least an A3 diploma, with experience in sales. Proficiency in numbers and mental arithmetic.

Dexterity and speed in performing tasks. Customer and commercially oriented attitude, able to work in a team.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Languages:

Fluent in Dutch & English
