Your mission

• As HVAC Project Manager, you are responsible for the technical, financial, commercial and administrative follow-up of projects and sites. You are also responsible for the quality, safety and environmental aspects of the work carried out. In short, you are responsible for the management and execution of a project from A to Z.
• An important part of your job consists of site meetings and the general organization of the site in order to coordinate your projects with the contractors, client and architect
• You prepare the construction sites: drafting the site file, checking specifications and measurements, drafting technical data sheets, drafting SCC files, etc.
• You check the work carried out and manage a team of technicians, fitters and draftsmen
• You attend the site meetings, you organize toolbox meetings and you check whether the safety regulations are observed.
• You are responsible for the planning and budget management
• You draw up the as-built files, technical sheets and maintenance contracts after execution of the work.
• You answer customer service questions and you create opportunities to valorize the technicality and the quality of the organization.

Your profile

• You have a technical education (industrial engineer electromechanics)
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC is a must
• you stand out because of your technical knowledge, your meticulous approach, your team spirit and your creative way of solving problems
• You can work independently as well as in a team
• Finally, you have good customer relations and communication skills
